When opting to self-exclude all funds held in your SportPesa account will be returned to you. Any live bets will remain valid. Any event that has already started cannot be void and no stakes will be returned.

If you wish to permanently close your account please contact our Customer Services Team. This is not included under the self exclusion features and you will be free to open a new account or re open your closed account. All sign up offers and bonuses will be forfeited on any new secondary accounts.
